Ideal candidate should expect:

  • Mon-Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12noon (1p-5p admin/flex time)
  • Responsible for 2 Mobile Clinics out of 4 Clinics total- (20 mins apart)
  • Autonomous opportunity
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of APRN/PA Cardiology experience
  • Mentoring and practice onboarding- we’re invested in your success
  • Schedule/Staff that demand work/life balance
  • Collegial work environment/Family feel
  • EPIC EMR/DAX AI

Ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years’ experience as APRN/PA in Cardiology Clinic setting preferred
  • Three years of previous experience as RN preferred
  • Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
  • Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures

Education, Licensure, and Certification Required:

  • Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or
  • Master’s Degree as Physician Assistant
  • BLS, ACLS
  • DEA/ Florida License (or eligible)

AdventHealth Sebring serves more than 100,000 permanent residents in Highlands and Hardee counties. In winter, the population increases by 40 percent. Located in the heart of the Florida peninsula, AdventHealth Sebring has enjoyed a special place in Avon Park and the surrounding communities for 50 years. It is one of the area’s largest employers. In addition to a 171-bed facility in Sebring, AdventHealth operates a 33-bed satellite facility in Lake Placid and a new 25-bed Critical Access facility in Wauchula.
