AdventHealth is hiring an Academic Internal Medicine Faculty physician to help shape the next generation of clinicians in our high-performing—and rapidly growing—training program. By 2030, our campus will be home to 300+ residents and fellows. If you’re energized by teaching, outpatient medicine, and meaningful academic work, we’d love to connect.

  • Experienced outpatient Internal Medicine physician with academic & research background; interest in EHR/AI a plus. Working knowledge of ultrasound (US) preferred.
  • Passion for teaching: outpatient precepting + teaching conferences
  • Teach with outstanding resources: excellent simulation center and a growing POCUS curriculum
  • Be part of a program on the rise: IM residency will include 60 categorical residents
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
  • BC/BE Internal Medicine (Board Certification required)
  • Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain unrestricted licensure)
