Overview

AdventHealth Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic experienced BC/BE Pulmonary Medicine physician to provide care for inpatient pulmonology consult services and outpatient practice/procedures. There is opportunity to cover critical care with our 18-bed ICU unit 1-7 days a month but not required or expected. The Pulmonologist would join an outstanding practice with our fantastic Pulmonologist, and an APRN with excellent support staff.  AdventHealth also has two residency programs and this position could provide appropriate oversight and clinical teaching of medical students, family& internal medicine residents and other learners.

Job Requirements

  • Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure)
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible within five years of completion residency or fellowship
  • Daily, high volume schedule of outpatient and inpatient care
  • Practice all aspects of pulmonology and critical care medicine
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to foster and build collegial relationships with community-based physicians
  • The new physician should have the desire to join a busy practice and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth
  • Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN & PA-C)
