As Executive Medical Director, the physician leader provides strategic and clinical leadership that drives measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and quality performance across the hospitals. The physician leader collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to standardize care pathways, implement evidence-based practices, and align physician engagement with organizational goals. In addition to outcomes-focused leadership, the physician leader plays a key role in physician recruitment, onboarding, and staffing optimization—ensuring the service line is supported by high-quality clinicians and structured to meet both current demand and future growth. Our GME program started in July 2024 with 8 residents per program year. We’re looking for an ObGyn who has the desire to be a part of a growing program, a passion for medical education, and who will place a priority on collaboration, quality of care, and the patient and resident experience. ObGyn will join two FMOBs and be the first ObGyn on our Wesley Chapel GME team. Candidate can expect to be an integral part of growing our program and developing the ObGyn portion of our curriculum.
